Edinborough Products Used


  • Edinborough Chilli paste 2 tea spoon
  • Edinborough Soya Sauce 2 table spoon
  • Edinborough Oyster Sauce 2 table spoon
  • Boiled noodles 400g
  • Green chilli 5g
  • Prawns and Cuttlefish each 250g
  • Onion Leaves 150g
  • Coconut oil 4 table spoon
  • Big Onion and Vegetables
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cut the cuttlefish and the prawns in to small pieces. add salt and pepper and Boil. (don't add water)
  2. Until water has simmered. Put cooking Oil to a frying pan and add Onion, Vegetable, Green chilies, Onion leaves temper
  3. Add the boiled noodles and mix well. Finally add the Edinborough Oyster, Soya Sauce and add Chilli paste.
  4. Add salt to taste and present it hot
